There are several funding pathways for in-home care services, including the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) for Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability, and My Aged Care for older Australians (65+) accessing subsidised aged care services such as Home Care Packages. We can help you understand which option may be right for you.

During our free initial consultation, we assess your needs, preferences, and existing support arrangements. Based on this, we recommend the most appropriate level of care. You can also start at one level and move up or down as needs change — our care plans are flexible and designed to evolve with you.

Absolutely. Carer compatibility is one of our top priorities. We carefully match carers based on personality, skills, language, cultural background, and your specific preferences. If for any reason the match doesn't feel right, we'll find a replacement — no questions asked.

No. We don't lock you into long-term contracts. Our care services are flexible — you can adjust hours, change your level of care, or pause services at any time. We believe great care should earn your trust, not be enforced by a contract.

We understand that care needs don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. Our Premium Concierge and Private Elite clients have access to priority and 24/7 response. For all clients, we have after-hours contact options for urgent situations. In a medical emergency, always call 000 first.

In most cases, we can begin care within a few days of completing the needs assessment and care plan. For urgent situations, we can often arrange fast-tracked commencement. The timeline depends on the complexity of needs and carer availability, but we always aim to move quickly because we know your time matters.
